The *U.S. Department of State continues to follow the **world's interest in the fbi/cia use of artificially induced  (through chemical synthesis) kidney stones in selected  Targets/Victims. Thus the reports of the torture of this Target begin to invade the back room conversations of congressional fools and intelligence assassins even as the United States of America continues its two faced approach to geo-political issues as follows:

 1) Kill as many targeted  people as possible through phony wars and through fbi/cia/mi6/mossad sponsored murders (via drone, directed energy, chemical and biological attacks, inter alia);
