This paper focuses on the attempts by fbi to at once stop me from publishing and induce a heart attack.

Mengele and fbi say to all people of the world:

From the time that I first realized that the fbi wanted me dead, I have tried to contact Congress and later SCOTUS in order to stop the fbi sponsored madness.

Then, I tried to use a computer to write reports on my ordeal. Every computer that I buy is destroyed by fbi. When I visit the public library, the fbi advises all staff and security that I am under court ordered surveillance by a federal magistrate judge and that I am a public threat. The public libraries in Honolulu, L.A., Brownsville, Harlingen, and McAllen, Texas all fully cooperate with fbi’s efforts to prevent me from using public library computers. The fbi also sends thugs to vandalize my car and to distract me at the libraries.

In all libraries the fbi sends provocateurs to assist the librarians and security guards to make sure that I am aware that my presence is not welcome. At the same time the fbi operatives and sometimes police come into the library to assault me with the police standing by ready to arrest me, if I respond in kind. The most challenging threats by the fbi now come to me in the form of assaults by Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW). For the past 20 years the fbi assaults me 24/7/365 with DEW, causing (among other symptoms) severe sleep deprivation. In fact, I now realize that when the fbi wants to punish me (or discourage me) for publishing a report (such as this one) the fbi turns up the intensity of the DEW attacks which are at times incapacitating. The fbi also manipulates my sensations of feeling sleepy or awake in order to play with my sensibilities. fbi satellites are dedicated to tracking and assaulting via DEW this veteran and others:

Aggravation of or inducing coronary artery disease

Near total loss of hearing in either ear

Cataracts in either eye

Mood swings

Loss of balance

Fainting and black outs

Incoherent speech patters

Sleepiness all the time

I come to realize that the fbi has the intent and ability to imprison me in my own body and thus prevent me from publishing. The main street and popular media assist the fbi by not covering the atrocities that I document (including assaults with bio-chem-viral agents which are also life threatening). Even a medical doctor writes a false report as he seeks to help fbi silence me. Many assaults cannot be proven, except by circumstantial evidence which I present. In one instance, as I lay unconscious on a hospital bed in El Paso, Texas, following surgery for a service connected injury, the fbi tries to smother me to death. The fbi tries to portray me as a mental case, while fbi perfoms a barrage of Gaslighting (i.e., psychological manipulation,see Wikipedia) offenses against me.

Anyone who executes Gaslighting schemes are often mean, sadistic and insensitive persons and come from all walks of life. They also represent a destructive force in our civilization. I believe that everyone everywhere must understand, be cognizant of and study Gaslighting in order to discourage the dirty practice. Depression, alienation, medical problems and even forced suicide may result from Gaslighting.

Recently, I am harassed so extensively in the public libraries that I finally contact McAllen, Texas City officials to ask for help in stopping the attacks. Below is the letter documenting my appeal to local government authorities.

Dear Honorable Mayor Darling and Commissioners of McAllen Texas:

I am a former fbi Special Agent turned whistleblower.

The last *4 links below are provided as background for your possible consideration of this request for assistance to stop employees and security guards at McAllen Texas public libraries (Lark Street & 4001 N 23rd St) from harassing and assaulting me at the direction of fbi. I consider all such actions by library employees & security guards as crimes identified as stalking, assault, & threat by intimidation, etc.

(Note please that any civil court order by corrupt federal magistrate judge does not empower your staff, et al to engage in crimes against me).

As I am diagnosed by medical doctors with coronary artery disease, my life may be threatened by sneaky attacks by these ignorant minds

(who apparently act under direction of your managers and officers).

I have lived in RGV with my wife, for 15 years. During our residence in Brownsville, Harlingen and McAllen, Texas the fbi has continuously engaged in multiple provocative assaults and battery on me by many individuals.

One such assault occurred at the UT (HSC) Harlingen library employee, by Alonzo Yanez: He pled no contest to simple assault & battery of my person. Please see court record near bottom of page at the next link:

I have repeatedly asked some of the library officials to stop the offenses committed against me by employees and security guards in the McAllen libraries.

Most recently, I met again with manager Jesse Franco and his female security guard at Lark Street location. After the meeting, he apparently immediately dispatched the same security guard to once again sneak up behind me to harass me in the computer room where I draft many of my papers (including this one) for publication at Academia.edu.

Denials by these aggressive persons are blatant lies and they know it.

Yesterday, the pleasant Sarai Garcia promised that she would inquire at the libraries regarding my concerns. Ms. Garcia is a kind official at Parks and Recreation and perhaps your input would assist in her efforts. A few months ago, I met with Ms. Kate P Horan (23st), but she was not interested.
