fbi high tech DEW/ELF attacks alters brain & causes sleep deficiency. This leads to physical and mental health problems, injuries,loss of productivity, and a greater likelihood of death(nih).fbi uses DEW to cause bizarre conduct in fbi Targets.Secrecy of DEW assaults protect fbi.

Targets of these brain attacks do not understand effects,nor how to report them.fbi is free to then claim Target's paranoia, etc., & discredit him/her. Fbi enjoys the trust of general population, even as fbi commits heinous crimes against/Targets.

Note:

In my case fbi assassins gain another advantage, as I am partially paralyzed due to degenerative disc disease combined with sleep deprivation. MDs dismiss my reports of DEW attacks as lunacy.
