change in one's normal mental state as a result of trauma", DEW assaults & sleep deprivation.fbi now alters the mind to cause severe behavior traits. Fbi Behavior Modification/Analysis unit at Quantico misuse the science to destroy Targets.

This type of criminal assault on the brain of a Target is ignored by almost everyone & is top secret to gov NIH.
When Target becomes incoherent or otherwise strange in behavior, fbi MDs order mental incarceration. Thus, no questions are entertained & fbi simply calls them 'crazy'.

I suspect that fbi's threat to induce dementia is achieved at same time as Altered State.

I also suspect that returning war vets are easy prey for fbi's Behavioral science unit, especially as in my case DOD awards 100% service connected disability.

Meanwhile fbi psychopaths try every dirty trick to turn all against this Target:

"They must think that he is planning an act of terrorism, or maybe he is getting ready to shoot up a school or theater. I think it is time to find out what the fbi knows about geral, and why he is such a danger to the public. He is obviously mentally incompetent, so maybe, just maybe another mass murder will be prevented by this surveillance."
