Fbi corrupts local and state government across the country

I have shown that local and state government officials assist fbi assassins by refusing to investigate and prosecute cases of crimes against me, my wife and my property.

Now, the city attorney discloses that no record exist of the refusal to prosecute the case described below. In my letter to the AG I repeat my request for a copy of the city's refusal to prosecute the case wherein I am the victim of fbi's ongoing crimes against me:

Dear Attorney General Paxton,

By letter dates May 7, 2018 the City Attorney of McAllen, Texas again refused to release any item that relates to the McAllen Texas Police Case number 2018-00006004, investigator Detective D. Cruz.

The stated reason for the denial is that the document did not exist at the time of my ORA request. From the above referenced letter Gary Henrichson incorrectly cites the following Open Records *Decision:

“Open Records Decision No. 452

December 29, 1986

 

      Re:  Whether section 3(a)(3) of the Open Records Act, article 6252-17a,

V.T.C.S., authorizes the Houston Independent School District to withhold a survey of the

location of recently repainted school desks and chairs”

 

*That decision relates to a civil matter, while my ORA request relates to a criminal case falsely recorded, improperly investigated, hidden and originally withheld unlawfully from ORA by the police.

The city attorney also wrongly refused to prosecute the case wherein the subject (one Jose Solis) confessed to the police et al., that he committed assault and battery of my person. The case would be a class C Misdemeanor in Texas and I seek prosecution because organized crime is involved.

The refusal to prosecute was made verbally by Assistant City Attorney Evaristo Garcia, Jr., who claims that no document was created regarding the declination of prosecution. The law at V.T.C.S requires that the City Attorney provide me with any form of the declination letter or any item referencing same:

Therefore, I have two additional bases for this request:

1. If any record now exist on the case McAllen Texas Police Case number 2018-00006004, then the city is required to provide me with a copy of the refusal to prosecute (any record, including e-mail, notes, personal logs, phone calls, etc., referenced above).

2. The AG decision referenced above does not apply to the present criminal case which was falsely or fraudulently recorded from the beginning. I have documented on various websites a history of similar criminal assaults on my person for 35 years; and organized crime is involved. As Gary Henrichson refuses to accept and return my phone calls, I hereby submit this new request under Texas ORA, because the city attorney declines to provide me with some document showing refusal to prosecute.
