History now records that the serial killers of the fbi (and often the police) are free to engage in murderous offenses  with complete impunity and , unlike *Panzram, are never captured, prosecuted and jailed for their crimes.  On the contrary the scoundrels are rewarded for their miscreancy. This situation is at once an abomination and a contradiction of the very laws that the fbi and police pretend to enforce on behalf of the people. Unlike the notorious killers of the past,

the serial killers and torturers of the fbi and police are never stopped.

 

The twisted and insane mind of * Carl Panzram himself, for example,  are often replicated by the fbi/cia/dod operatives and agents in their global crimes spree: serial murders, torture (often while the victim is monitored and pleads for his life), forced suicide under the 24/7 surveillance by the fbi, murdered by plain old firearms or high tech gadgetry such as DEW and chemical warfare. Understand, if one may, that modern day 'Panzrams' are clothed in authority of law enforcement and are equally heinous, yet largely ignored.

 

“For all of these..." crimes, Panzram stated, "I am not the least bit sorry,”. “I hate the whole damned human race including myself.”
