OHSU wants me dead

This is a threat a Sgt Walker from the OHSU hospital had sent to me.
I was reporting a murder conspiracy to them since there my regular hospital and I had no way to get help from authority's.
OHSU ignored it so I continued to report it any way.
I am not the only victim, my family was in danger, and authority's made it clear to me back then I could get no help from them.
So I was contacting everyone else I could find on the internet.
They sure don't want to bother to define what kind of harassment now do they.
I report a murder conspiracy and they pretend harassment.
I am not welcome to report a crime, I am not welcome to medical treatment.
OHSU pretends harassment to cover an emergency, so what are they admitting?
There admitting I will simply be arrested if I go there.
They say I am welcome if an emergency, but they pretend harassment to coverup emergency.
Is that premeditated murder?
