police reports filed for on line harassment criminal complaints filed by geral sosbee against cyberstalker/thugs.

 

As a result of continuing harassment of me on line, I filed two (2) separate police reports against individuals who may be guilty of a Class B Misdemeanor , Harassment on line. See the data below on the bases for the reports.

 

1) On September 26, 2011 I filed a police report number 0911-1642, concerning the criminal harassment efforts against me by one who identifies himself alternately as 'anonymous' and ' j. robert upton'.

The police report was accepted by the Cameron County Sherff''s Office, Deputy Victor Alvarado, at Harlingen, Texas, [phone], fax: [phone], and the facts therein constitute a possible class B misdemeanor under the laws of the state of Texas.

I got "shined on" whenever I signed a complaint.

 

When I had a "vigilante dipshit" break into my truck, while I was asleep in the vehicle....I got pretty pissed off.  Gave my report to The Kane County Deputy in Utah.........and did not hear a damn thing back.

 

This sort of sloppy "abuse of Patriot Act" sneak and steal provision.......is something that I expected Holder and Glen Fine to consider.............yet..............uh.................looks like CONTRACTORS (Mueller's INFRAGUARD) AND THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH GROUPS have been given license by HOLDER AND MUELLER AND DOJ OIG, to "use the Patriot Act" as they see fit?

 

If I wrote every incident down in a police report.........I think I would have a better record...but, for what use?  THE PROSECUTORS do not police "illegal, never ending surveillance".

I have always wondered when "The FBI IS GONNA STEAL MY CAMERA AND LAPTOP" to prevent such defensive measures?

 

In the second complaint (covering all FBI-CIA crimes committed from 12-04 to the present) I mentioned that "My sting operation on Mueller's FBI" INCLUDED DISPOSITIVE EVIDENCE OF MY PHONE CALLS RECORDED ON SEVERAL TAPES.

 

Thus, MUELLER'S FBI facilitated the DEW TORTURE IN SIOUX FALLS, SD, forcing me out of my own fucking home....and....MUELLER'S FBI ran an "off paper,off the books interstate surveillance" that coordinated with county, municipal,state, and fed authorities in NEBRASKA, COLORADO, UTAH, AND THE OTHER TEN WESTERN STATES.

 

And...CONTRACTOR SNITCH THUGS were given GPS SIGINT while working for the pigs in California, to coordinate the ILLEGALSEARCH AND SEIZURE OF MY 70$ BACKPACK reported to THE LOCAL COPS,THE CAMPGROUND HOST, AND THE NATIONAL FOREST SERVICE .

 

I heard nothing.

 

ALSO....MUELLER obstructed the complaint naming FORMER FBI FAG, PUNK, AND FELONY JACK ASS NAMED DANNY "tough guy runt punk" COULSEN and his two mouthy punk sons...who...were given A COINTELPRO CONTRACT ON ME, while I camped in THE MOUNT SHASTA CALIFORNIA NAT. FOREST.  They followed me into NEVADA...AND...STARTED THE BACK COUNTRY FIRE IN GREAT BASIN NATIONAL PARK in Nevada.

 

I PERSONALLY IDENTIFIED DANNY COULSEN IN THE RED MINI VAN coming down from THE SHOSHONI TRAIL HEAD in G.B. Nat. Park.

 

TO THIS DAY...THE PUSSIES AT ARCHES AND CANYONLANDS NAT. PARK...and all their LEO agents....refuse to DISCUSS THIS MATTER WITH ME, AS PART OF THEIR INVESTIGATION OF ME, that never ends.  Had a little cunt dike smart ass bitch RANGER WORKING ARCHES NAT. PARK.....track me down last year at the Moab Public Library to "...tell me to buy and carry a certified shit bag...." required in all Nat. Parks.

 

Too bad........I was never in Arches that year?

 

To this day.......neither HOLDER, OR MUELLER FAGGOT...wants me to access the Fed Courts with experienced lawyers.

 

They "set up a situation" where...the TORTURED CHIPPED TARGET, has to litigate by himself...on a very UNEVEN PLAYING FIELD that Geral Sosbee knows about (since they did the same to him).
